The journey to yourself is not a one-time process; it is a lifelong journey where something new awaits around every corner. It is up to us what we do with it: whether we transform it into self-love, or put it in our backpack and keep carrying the heavy load. Sometimes during this journey, we may come across stones that resonate with something we carry, something our Soul carries. The source of this may not be clear: it could have karmic or ancestral roots, but it could also have been created in this lifetime. We can remove some of these stones from our path ourselves, but some are easier to move with outside help, from a deeper perspective that allows us to understand what the stone wants to tell us, what it represents, and then to fully say goodbye to it. I invite you, if you feel that you want us to look together at what separates you from your true self, at the blocks that appear in your life, that you feel in your energy or in your body.
I work with blocks that affect the physical and energetic body.
The energetic body and the physical body are inseparably connected; they are two languages through which the Soul tries to speak to us when something appears on our path that requires mindfulness, understanding, or healing.
In working with energy and the body, that is precisely where we look. At what blocks the flow, at what settles in the body. Sometimes these blocks are echoes of past emotions, ancestral stories, or patterns we carry unconsciously; sometimes they are rooted in a specific experience.
If you feel that your body is speaking to you but you cannot read its language, if your Soul is gently knocking and reminding you that it is time to return to yourself — we can look at it together and see what needs healing so that the energy can flow freely and your body can breathe.

I know how easy it is to lose direction when dilemmas, tensions, or internal blocks appear. Together, we will look at what is holding you back and where you truly want to go. I will help you find your direction and release whatever stands in your way to yourself, to your potential.
I accompany people who want to improve quality in their work with others in their personal development.
I support individuals who are in the process of their own development so that they can work with greater precision and ease, while taking care of both their own space and the client’s space. I share the experience and knowledge from my own path. I teach what to look out for during the process, how to consciously manage your energy, and how to support the process between sessions. The meetings consist of both theory and practice.
I teach individuals who accompany others in processes related to the physical and energetic body, sharing my experience and methods.

About me
The path of self-discovery has given me the knowledge thanks to which today I can guide others, supporting them in their own processes and showing them how to work with another person.
I reached the point where I am today by searching for myself. At first, I did not know where this path would lead me; sometimes I lost my way or took the long route around. Only with time did I understand that what I was missing and what matters most to me is finding and accepting the true version of myself, without the thousands of coats we carry as we go through life. Now, I am ready to share the experience from this path, which had both heavy and beautiful moments.
