A person’s energetic space and physical body are in constant exchange. If low-vibrational records become active somewhere, it affects the entirety of one’s functioning. Sometimes they are an echo of past emotions, ancestral stories, or patterns we carry unconsciously; sometimes they have roots in a specific experience. We can look at this together and see what needs healing so that energy can flow freely and your body can breathe.

Sometimes it is easy to lose your direction when inner conflicts, tension, or internal blockages appear. Together, we will look at what is holding you back and where you truly want to go. I will help you find your direction and release what stands in your way to yourself and your potential.

I support individuals on their own growth journey so they can work with greater precision and ease, while taking care of both their own space and their client’s space. I share experience and knowledge from my own path. I teach what to pay attention to during the process, how to consciously manage your energy, and how to support the process between sessions. The meetings combine both theory and practice.

I am certainly one of many people who have been affected by the processes occurring on Earth, one of many who have begun to feel and see more. It was not an easy time for me; everything happened very quickly and intensely, but it also forced me to cultivate deep awareness, delve into the details of what was happening, and learn to manage what arrived and opened up so I could align it with everyday life.
